Coaching Philosophy Intensive Mentorship

  • Northfield, VT USA (map)

So you’re a strength and conditioning coach - great! Ok, what’s your coaching philosophy? Welcome to one of the most commonly asked job interview questions in our profession. Maybe you’ve already cobbled something together, or you created it in a sports psychology 101 class in undergrad, or if you’re lucky perhaps a mentor stepped in and helped you. But now you’re more interested and ready to take the next step.

Do you want a better understanding of how your values, beliefs, methods and experiences can help you become a better coach? Do you want to learn how to shape yourself into a more valuable resource for your athletes and department?  Perhaps you have a philosophy, but you’re looking to polish your approach.

Welcome to the Coaching Philosophy Intensive Mentorship, a two and one-half day event that combines small group workshops, presentations, breakout sessions, physical challenges, and of course, a heavy dose of the rural Vermont lifestyle.

Join us in the heart of the Green Mountains to get your mind clear and creative juices flowing! This intensive weekend will truly be like nothing you’ve experienced before. If you attend and commit, I promise you’ll be able to deliver immediate results with your peers, supervisors, and most importantly the athletes you work with.
